Please contact us on Instagram @bartomodslighting with your order number after reviewing the policy below to initiate a return or cancellation request.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns (after shipment):
A 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will apply to all orders that have already shipped. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Pre-shipment cancellations (in-stock items):
A 25% restocking fee applies to all canceled in-stock orders prior to shipment.

Backordered or non-stock items:
A 50% cancellation fee applies to all backordered or specialty orders. This includes, but is not limited to, custom items, specialty kits, replacement components, and non-stocked products. 

Made to order items: 
All built-to-order, made-to-order, and custom products require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. This deposit covers production costs and supplier commitments and cannot be refunded under any circumstances once the raw materials are ordered.

All returned items must be brand new, unused, and in original Bartomods packaging. Returns that do not meet this condition may be refused.

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping & Order Delays

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer under our control. Please refer to the tracking information provided via email. For delivery issues, contact the shipping carrier directly. 

Due to high order volume, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing and delivery times may vary. Please review your order confirmation, product descriptions, or contact us for updated timelines.
