How to File a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, please contact us on Instagram @Bartomodslighting with:

Your order number

Photos or video showing the issue

A brief description of the problem

Providing complete information up front helps us review and resolve your claim faster.

Warranty Coverage

Bartomods products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and failures that occur under normal use for the original purchaser.

If a product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion:

Repair or replace the defective item at no charge with the same or comparable product, or

Issue a store credit equal to the value of the defective item if an exact replacement is unavailable.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all warranty requests.

Warranty Period & Shipping

This warranty applies for the lifetime of the original product ownership.

If a returned item must be shipped back to us after 30 days from the purchase date, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. International customers may also incur additional shipping charges.

Third-Party Products

Products sold by Bartomods that are manufactured by other brands are not covered under our warranty. These items are covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty terms. We can help you contact the manufacturer, but the warranty process and coverage period are determined by that brand.

What Is Not Covered

The limited warranty does not apply to:

Products that have been modified, altered, or tampered with

Damage resulting from improper installation or misuse

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

Products used in ways not intended by Bartomods

Products not in the original condition or returned in damaged packaging

Claims without proof of purchase

Warranty claims that lack sufficient documentation (photos, videos, or explanations)

Warranty Abuse & Fraud

Bartomods reserves the right to deny any claim that appears fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith, including excessive claims for the same product without returning the item when requested.
